Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Rebecca, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified lactation counselor (CLC), wife and a mama to three littles in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have a Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition and Master of Public Health from the University of Tennessee. My graduate-level training focused on maternal and child health, and that’s where I fell in love with feeding babies! I have professional experience providing nutrition and breastfeeding counseling to families as well as creating and supporting policies and programs in the local community that supported successful breastfeeding. While working in the lactation field, I quickly realized the vast amount of bad information communicated to families when it comes to nutrition and feeding babies. Bad information about feeding babies is EVERYWHERE. In response to this problem, I’ve developed comprehensive, research-based breastfeeding courses you can trust. I made them convenient and affordable to make your life a little less stressful. My desire is for you to have the tools you need to be successful in meeting your goals and to make your experience feeding your baby memorable and enjoyable. I want you to feel prepared, confident, and capable when it comes to feeding your baby. I’m a mom myself and I remember what it’s like to have a new baby. I’ve experienced the tears of joy and tears of frustration. I want you to know, you are amazing. You are strong and capable. You are wonderfully and beautifully made. You were made for this. You can do this. I’m here to support you on this journey.
