The gold standard of care is #evidencebased decision making and that means that two people in similar circumstances could make two very different decisions and that is totally 👌🏾

When making a decision related to #childbirth it is most often a gray area. Providers offer the best information they can based on their experience and understanding but it’s not always clear cut as to what is the best route moving forward. 🤷🏼‍♀️

So make sure you weigh out:

💜 your provider’s recommendation
💜 your own preferences
to make a decision that feels right to you.
