Here are some of the best activities for early labor:⁠

🤍Circles on the fitness balls. Go both ways. This helps baby find their way into the pelvic inlet.⁠

🤍Walk sideways up and back down the stairs. Change directions and do it again. This also helps baby find their way deeper into the pelvis and can get contractions into more of a pattern.⁠

🤍Distraction breaks with tv or games. You don't want to wear yourself out with activities in early labor. You want energy for the long hall.⁠

🤍Take times of rest. Lay on your side or soak in a warm tub. Same reason as above.⁠

🤍Eat healthy snacks. You need food to give you energy for labor, but you probably won't feel up to a large meal. Small, healthy snacks are a great way to go.⁠

🤍Hydrate. Large amounts of fluids can make you feel nauseous, so don't guzzle, but do sip fluids often to stay hydrated. ⁠
