Hello, I am Yolanda Fredrickson. I am a doula, birth educator, and family educator. I am the Founder/Owner of Aware Birth and Beyond. The most important aspect of my job is making sure that you, my client, feel supported throughout your birth experience. I will be a resource for you and help you answer your questions through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. In my experience, education is a big part of taking charge of your birth journey.
