Hello! I have been a doula for almost 8 years abs attended over 115 births in that time. I’ve also had the opportunity to assist at many community (home and birth center) births in my time as a birth worker. I’ve taught over 400 couples in 10 years as a HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method instructor. My passion is educating and empowering expectant families in their childbearing years.
