ey there, I’m Dr. Peter Martinez, and I lead River City Wellness here in Austin, TX. We’re a neurologically-based chiropractic office with a heart for serving families—especially pregnant moms, newborns, and kids who are walking through developmental or sensory challenges. What lit a fire in me for this work was realizing that true healing doesn’t come from the outside in—it comes from the inside out, when the nervous system is fully connected and functioning the way God designed it to. Once I saw what was possible through principled chiropractic care, especially in those early, foundational years of life, I couldn’t turn back. Being a birth worker is one of the greatest honors of my life. To walk with moms through pregnancy, to help babies and kiddos thrive, and to see families experience breakthrough and peace—it’s holy work. I believe every family was created for health, wholeness, and purpose, and I’m here to serve as a guide back to that design.
