Hello! I'm Rachel. I am passionate about all things pregnancy and birth. I have always been fascinated about birth ever since I was a young child listening to women talk together about their childbirth experiences. Then when I had my first daughter I became hooked. I wanted to learn everything I could about pregnancy and childbirth. My first two childbirth experiences were your typical medicated births. As I learned however I felt pulled toward the desire for an unmedicated birth. My third pregnancy was my step into the unmedicated world or childbirth. This was when I took my first childbirth class. This class changed my life forever and built my belief that everyone should take a childbirth class regardless of type of birth they have. I believe every woman has the right to make informed decisions on her own child's birth. She should be able to go into her birth experience with the tools she needs to feel confident and release fear whether she plans a home birth, an epidural, or a c-section. I am trained through childbirth international and I'm so excited to help women find their confidence and strength in their birth stories.
