Nikki Avila

My name is Nikki Avila and I have been providing support for pregnant mamas and surrogacy carriers for many years. I am passionate about providing support, education and advocacy to those on their journey through motherhood or surrogacy. As a doula, your education does not stop, you always want to find ways to grow, learn and advocate, in 2020 felt called to become a certified Childbirth Educator, in 2021 I became certified as a Hypnobabies Childbirth Instructor and Hypno-Doula, this program has shifted the way I support others through their journey, it has helped me change my birth language and how I discuss birth now, and share how birth can be much more comfortable. Once a mind has shifted from fear and anxiety and you rid your old thought patterns and what you saw or heard about birth and discover your innate power to birth with clarity and empowerment.
