For the past 23 years, I have dedicated my career to healthcare—working in hospitals, nursing care facilities, and now as a doula, Licensed Massage Therapist, and childbirth educator. My time in the mainstream healthcare system opened my eyes to a major gap: a lack of individualized care. I often wondered if there was a better way to support patients. That question, along with the birth of my fourth child, led me to step away from the system in 2018 and fully commit to a more holistic, client-centered approach. Now, my mission is clear: to empower women in making informed choices about their birth experience—whether inside or outside the mainstream system. Birth is a profound, transformative event that SHOULD NOT require healing from, emotionally or physically. With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Massage therapist. I have seen how the repetitive movement injuries, postural misalignments, and chronic tensions that plague so many individuals all come down to the way we are taught to sit, stand move and even breathe! Working with my clients to realign their bodies, has helped them not only move and feel better—but they birth easier too!
