Experienced, trained doula providing physical and emotional support during labor, birth and following. Initially certifying with The Bradley Method® I've provided doula services and taught childbirth classes since 2007. My focus is on you, the laboring mom, and bringing a calm, engaged presence to birth while creating an environment of warmth and respect. I've had the privilege to be a doula for families birthing their babies at home, birth center and hospital. I'm experienced with a variety of comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and breastfeeding support. Included with doula services are childbirth education classes, for those wanting extra preparation. Discount for doula packages given to military, repeat clients, and single moms.
