Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m passionate about helping families feel prepared, supported, and confident as they step into birth and parenthood. I especially love working with first-time and young parents, as well as families navigating birth after a previous difficult or traumatic experience. While I support birth in all settings, I have a special interest in hospital births and helping families understand their options, ask questions, and feel like an active part of their care. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, judgment-free, and centered around what matters to you. I love making birth education feel approachable rather than overwhelming and helping families prepare for the birth they hope for while still feeling equipped for the unexpected. At the end of the day, I want you to look back on your experience knowing you felt heard, cared for, and supported every step of the way.
