Thorough exam or reassessment and treatment based off of your exam. Treatment may include manual adjustments, cupping, scraping, soft tissue release and rehab exercises. Homework is given.
Birth plan is discussed to formulate treatment style and at-home exercises and lifestyle changes to reach your goals.
Crucial rehab for the core and pelvic floor after the marathon that is birth. Pelvic floor dysfunction and cesarean scar rehab is addressed if needed. Nutrition and lifestyle changes are discussed.
Children 0-13 are treated for a wide variety of conditions including developmental milestone delays, head shape, cholic, reflux/constipation, ear pain, and sports injuries.
