Laken Miller

I am Laken Miller, the face behind SMBS! When I had my first baby over 8 years ago, I realized there was a huge need for breastfeeding support and eduction. Between my medical degree, fb breastfeeding support groups, and trail and error, I successfully breastfed my first 16 months. I experienced mastitis, over supply, and a baby with oral ties, jaundice, and slow to gain! I knew after that experience that I never wanted anyone to feel the way I felt and began my journey gaining experience and additional education to be a resource that was so needed in my area. Since then, it has been my goal to educate and empower mothers through supporting their feeding goals.
