Lesha Nelson

Lesha is a pre and perinatal somatic practitioner, craniosacral therapist, occupational therapist and postpartum doula. She specializes in embodiment and somatic trauma resolution for preconception through postpartum including newborn care. Her work is rooted in nervous system healing and attachment theory to address mind, body, and spirit. She has worked for over 15 years in trauma-informed care empowering people with evidence-based practices as well as the tools they need to learn to listen to their own intuition and deep body wisdom.
