Lauren Pou Stanley is an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and Registered Nurse. She offers both in-person and telehealth visits to help families reach their breastfeeding goals through prenatal education, navigating feeding challenges, transitioning back to work, and weaning. With her nursing and holistic health coaching background, she will also address maternal mental health and nutrition concerns at each visit. Lauren is passionate about helping mothers and babies overcome feeding challenges to gain the breastfeeding experience they deserve
