My support includes practical comfort measures, evidence-informed education, postpartum meal preparation, and Ayurvedic Sacred Window planning to help create a nourishing, supported recovery after birth. I attended a Spinning Babies® Workshop in May 2026 and incorporate concepts and techniques introduced in the workshop into my practice.
