Hi! I’m Khristen — wife, mama to six earthside kiddos and an angel baby, and a birth and postpartum doula. I’m here to support you in whatever birth journey you choose. Birth can be quite the experience, and I provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your choices. I’ve experienced five hospital births and one home birth, all unmedicated, and have supported many families through a range of births from unmedicated to c-section. I bring love, connection, and wholehearted presence to every birth space, believing in your ability to trust your intuition and supporting the decisions that feel right for you.
