Kendra Parry

Hi, I’m Kendra, a therapist and Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting people in the birth world. I work with parents and caregivers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, infant loss, and early parenthood. I help clients process the emotional, physical, and relational challenges of this profound life stage while building practical skills for resilience and growth. If you are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, depression, not feeling like your typical self, or feeling isolated, I create a space where you can feel seen, validated, and supported. I also work with providers who notice these challenges in their clients and want guidance or collaboration. My goal is to walk alongside you during this transformative time, helping you connect with your strength, values, and the realities and joys of the birth journey.
