I am so glad you found me! As a doula, I am here to create a safe, warm, loving environment through your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. A little about me- I was raised in California, but moved to Utah when I was 13. Holistic medicine was my upbringing. My dad owned an herbal medicinal company growing up, so I was taught the value of the earth and what she brings to us. As an adult, I settled down in Salt Lake Valley with my little “fake farm” as I like to call it. I have always been an animal lover, so, naturally, I have lots! A couple of cats, a couple of dogs, some ducks, and a good slew of chickens can be seen roaming around at all times. Gardening and working with Mother Earth have always brought me peace. I also LOVE to cook. If that’s a love language, cooking for others is mine. Give me a good trivia fact and I’m your best friend. From a very young age, being a birth worker was my dream.
