Specialties: I specialize in high-risk pregnancies, bringing personal experience with health conditions and high-risk factors to provide compassionate, informed support that empowers and educates families.
I provide empathetic, personalized care to ensure families feel heard, respected, and supported at every stage. With a background in public health and a passion for maternal and child health, I focus on creating a safe, empowering space for families to thrive emotionally, physically, and mentally. I’m committed to offering evidence-based guidance, helping families approach birth with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. My journey into this work began with a deep passion for supporting families, which led me to study public health. As I learned more about the challenges families face during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I became determined to advocate for care that empowers families and reduces health barriers. A transformative personal health experience at age 22 deepened my understanding of vulnerability, resilience, and the importance of compassionate care, shaping my approach to supporting others through life’s transformative moments. This, combined with my education, led me to become a doula. I understand the power of emotional support and informed decision-making in creating a positive, empowering experience. I’m dedicated to offering families the tools and reassurance they need to feel safe, calm, and confident throughout their journey—whether starting a family or adjusting to life postpartum. Every family is unique, and I strive to meet each one with an open heart, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and in control of their health and decisions.
As a trained birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth, dedicated to supporting you every step of the way on your journey.
Beyond doula support, I offer free guidance, education, and advocacy—using my Master’s in Public Health—to help you make informed, empowered decisions throughout your entire journey.
