Doulas -Birth
Master's of Public Health in Maternal & Child Health
I provide personalized doula care to ensure families feel heard, respected, and supported at every stage. With a background in public health and maternal & child health, I focus on creating a safe, empowering space for families to thrive emotionally, physically, and mentally. I’m committed to offering evidence-based guidance to help families approach birth with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. My journey into this work began with a deep passion for supporting families, which led me to study public health. As I learned more about the challenges families face during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I became determined to advocate for care that empowers families and reduces health barriers. A transformative personal health experience last year deepened my understanding of vulnerability, resilience, and the importance of compassionate care, shaping my approach to supporting others through life’s transformative moments. This, combined with my education, led me to become a doula. I understand the power of emotional support and informed decision-making in creating a positive, empowering experience. I’m dedicated to offering families the tools and reassurance they need to feel safe, calm, and confident throughout their journey—whether starting a family or adjusting to life postpartum. Every family is unique, and I strive to meet each one with an open heart, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and in control of their health and decisions.
As a trained birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and birth. I also provide 1-3 prenatal visits and 1-3 postpartum visits—it's all up to you!
As a trained postpartum doula, I provide emotional, practical, and informational support throughout the postpartum period (12-18 wks), focusing on maximizing bonding between baby and parents.
