Jo Ann's expertise is in supporting parents with a physiologic birth mindset in every setting. Her satisfaction comes from seeing couples come closer together throughout the process of preparation and the birth. Jo Ann's support style is to provide you evidence based practices for comfort and care.
Premium Doula support includes prenatal preparation, Body Ready Method ® alignment visit, Body Ready Birth™ workshop, and postpartum visit. You will be fully prepared for the birth you desire.
The goal of Body Ready Birth™ workshop is to build the brain-body connection so the birthing person can intuitively find the positions they need at each part of the birth process.
When you contact me in labor, if I find myself available, I can support you. It is a great option for people who realize late in pregnancy that their partner unexpectedly unavailable to attend birth.
