My passion for birth work began with my own births and a deep desire to help other women feel informed, supported, and empowered during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. Since 2020, I've supported families as a doula, helping moms understand their options, overcome fear, and trust their bodies. Through Empowered Light Birth Academy, my 5- and 10-week coaching programs, I offer personalized 1:1 support for first-time moms and those healing from a previous birth trauma, preparing you emotionally, mentally, and physically for a confident, positive birth. My heart is for every mom to feel heard, respected, and empowered to advocate for the birth she desires.
In-person support through labor and birth for you and your partner, with comfort measures, positioning, and calm reassurance.
Three 1-hour Zoom calls focused on whatever you want to prepare for, from birth plans to fears to talking with your provider.
My signature program covers fears, labor mechanics, partner prep, provider alignment, advocacy, and labor rehearsal. It includes messaging support and in-person labor support.
The same full program and results in half the time. It's ideal if you're further along or want to prepare intensively, and it includes messaging and in-person labor support.
