I believe that birth is a catalyst that powers the direction of your life. When I gave birth to my first child I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and in a way imposter syndrome around parenthood. I’ve since learned that I was capable all along. The journey was long and quite frankly difficult. I became a doula so I could help expecting parents know they are innately qualified to create your new family dynamic.
