I'm a prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractor in Virginia Beach and the founder of Hope Chiropractic and the Hampton Roads Birth Collective. As a military veteran, spouse, and mom of three, I’m passionate about birth, autonomy, and supporting families through every stage of life.
