My journey into birth work began 14 years ago after the birth of my first baby. That experience, while transformative, was marked by a series of interventions and a lack of support that left me knowing there had to be another way to walk women through birth. Since then, I’ve gone on to birth seven babies of my own. My following six births were redemptive, empowering, and deeply supported experiences, including two surrogacies that expanded my understanding of birth, trust, and the many ways we hold space for life to enter the world. Over the past decade, I’ve supported families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a doula, educator, and wellness practitioner. My work is rooted in both lived experience and extensive training across multiple modalities. I’ve dual trained in birth work and now train and mentor doulas myself through Luna School of Midwifery and Birthwork. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I practice intuitive, trauma-informed, and create deeply personalized support that honors your body, your story, and your autonomy!
