Hello! I’m Dr. Erin. From a young age, I knew I had a deep love for both learning and teaching. When I visited a chiropractor as a child, I realized I didn’t have to choose—I could do both by helping people understand their bodies and heal through chiropractic care. That calling led me to Life University, where I met my husband, Dr. James. Together, we moved to New York City after graduation to open our own practice, where we've supported hundreds of moms, children, and families on their journeys to better health. In May of 2024, I gave birth to my radiant son. Experiencing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum firsthand has brought a new depth to the way I connect with the families I serve. These chapters of my life have not only given me invaluable practical insight, but they’ve also strengthened my belief in the body’s innate ability to adapt, heal, and thrive. Chiropractic care at Flower of Life is different. We focus on the tone of the nervous system—not just spinal alignment—to support full-body function and healing for the whole family. Daily stressors—physical, emotional, chemical, and even technological—can shift this tone and create blockages that interfere with the body’s natural rhythms. By gently correcting these imbalances, symptoms often resolve as the body returns to a state of ease and harmony from within. Certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), I’m honored to support pregnant women in having more comfortable pregnancies and empowered births. Each adjustment, each conversation, is grounded in my passion for education, my own journey into motherhood, and a heartfelt commitment to helping families feel truly well.
