During labor, your center of focus can be on listening to your body, connecting with your partner, and preparing to meet your baby, without distraction. Your partner will be attentive, and fully present with you. Their bond and connection with you cannot be replaced or replicated. When I am invited into your birth space, birth strategies and guidance, simplifying medical information, physical comfort, mental and emotional support become my responsibility. But most importantly I will be making sure that your birth space is honored and reserved for you, your partner, and baby. I specialize in birth photography and doula services, and am a licensed massage therapist.
