Hello! My name is Elise Monson and I'm Birth Doula serving the Utah and Salt Lake County areas. I started doula work (training through DONA International) earlier this year (2024) and am loving it! My mission is to educate, empower, and nurture mothers through pregnancy and birth. I have seen too many women have traumatizing experiences with birth, usually because they weren't better educated! I firmly believe that our bodies are created for birth. Our minds and our bodies are so powerful! I also have 11 years of experience nannying, and provide a postpartum nanny service, separate from my doula work.
Includes: 3 prenatal appointments where I will educate and prepare you and your partner for childbirth. Continuous support during active labor, birth, and 2 hours after birth. And 1 postpartum visit.
Includes: 3 Prenatal appointments (about 2 hours each) where I will educate and prepare you and your partner for childbirth.
Everything in Birth Support PLUS:
20 hours of Postpartum Nanny service
This service is separate from my Birth Doula work, and includes help with light housework, meal prep, running errands, watching additional children, helping with newborn, etc.
