My name is Elise and I am a birth doula and childbirth educator. I came into the birth world at a time in my life where I felt lost and aimless and I never looked back! It is the most special thing and the biggest honor of my life to help women feel informed and confident before, during, and after their baby arrives
Includes my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum guidebook, 2–3 prenatal visits, unlimited phone and text support, labor support, and one postpartum visit to debrief your birth and support your transition
Includes everything in my standard package, plus 3–4 prenatal visits and 4–6 hours of in-home postpartum support to provide extra guidance and care after your baby’s arrival.
