I'm Dr. Kristen Hager, the Delightful Chiropractor in Shakopee, Minnesota. I love helping moms-to-be have a comfortable pregnancy, plan out and achieve their optimal birth, and set the stage for postpartum recovery. I wish for it all to be pain free! And I’ve got more than just chiropractic in my toolbox to help get you there. Of course, I’m Webster-certified. I have taken the seminar four times with three different ICPA instructors during my 20 years in practice. Refreshing about every five years. I’ve taken advanced courses in Webster technique and other perinatal chiropractic studies. I’m a certified STOTT pilates instructor since 2009 and know their repertoire that is safe and effective for pregnancy and beyond. I’ve learned from bodyworkers who know how to balance and unwind the tension of muscles, ligaments, fascia, and abdomen. Especially proud of the breech balancing protocols I am able to utilize when needed. Speaking of breech … have you heard of moxibustion? I have my chiropractic acupuncture certificate in Minnesota, so I can prescribe home moxa for my breech clients. I’m a Body Ready Method pro and Body Ready Birth instructor….
