Deidra Washington

Deidra has been supporting families with breastfeeding for over a decade She is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2021 and also holds the credential of CLC (Certified Lactation Counselor). Deidra is the owner of Love On Top Lactation LLC where she supports families world-wide with virtual support, as well as in-home visits in the Tampa Bay area. She also works in her community with Baby Cafe` USA, where she is able to provide free lactation services. Deidra hosts monthly breastfeeding evening support group meetings to fill the gap for parents who need help with infant feeding after hours due to their work hours. She is always looking for ways to collaborate with like-minded professionals and community partners that are inspired to empower parents in the early days for caring for children. She is a mother of 2 free-spirited little girls ages 4 and 6. She has been married to a brilliant and supportive man for 10 years. Her friends and family would tell you when she walks into a room, the vibe lifts. Deidra have a special and unique way to connect with people. In her free time Deidra enjoys the simple things in life like date nights with her husband, playing Pickleball with her neighbors, Reading to her children, traveling, and trying new foods.
