Hi it’s Crista Hark! I’m a birth doula certified in prenatal massage hoping to educate other doulas about the sacrament of life. I am also a DōTERRA wellness advocate hoping to serve you and your family wherever your journey takes you. As noted I cannot use my DōTERRA wellness advocacy in my doula practice. Doulas are not clinical or to practice medicine to help their clients, we refer them to their provider. I am a mother to three kids, married to the love of my life, and living in the Spanish Fork, Utah area.
