As a postpartum doula, I provide physical support- light meal prep or full meal support, breast and bottle feeding, newborn care, light housekeeping, laundry, etc... as well as emotional support. My goal is to provide nurturing care so you can heal and recover from the birth experience. I'm trained and certified as a postpartum doula thru DONA, a certified breastfeeding counselor, certified as a postpartum nutrition professional and certified in Adult and Infant CPR thru the American Red Cross.
24 hours of care within the first 12 weeks of bringing the baby home ($38/hr.)
48 hours of care within the first 12 weeks of bringing the baby home ($35/hr.)
96 hours of care within the first 12 weeks of bringing the baby home ($32/hr.)
