Che Phifer

Che is an incredible midwife. Her intentionality, humor, competence, instinct, and respect were everything I could have hoped for in a midwife and for my pregnancy. I had a terrible first birth experience, but with Che and her team, my second birth was something I could have only dreamed of having. It was healing, beautiful, natural and even joyful! I felt like I had a true companion on my journey. I had to transfer late in pregnancy to a hospital, but Che handled the care of transfer so well that it didn’t even feel like she wasn’t my midwife anymore. She still accompanied me and my husband and gave us over to another incredible group of midwives that respected and fought for the birth we wanted. Words aren’t enough to say how grateful we are for Che and her part in healing our wounds surrounding birth and parenting. We are so grateful to God that He led us to her, and would recommend her to any and all interested in midwifery care. She has a gift, and is a gift! We also love Audra with all our heart!
