My mother was a midwife, so I grew up with a child on each hip my whole life. I’ve attended births since I was 3 years old. Over the years of witnessing the magic of birth, I became a Doula. I am a Doula because I love supporting women and empowering them during the most transformative moment in their lives. I also support women to release traumas from their bodies so they don't pass them down to their new baby. I love how I can share my knowledge of nutrition by creating nourishing postpartum meals to help a mother's body recover.
