I have had the privilege to treat the Pelvic Floor & help women with pregnancy/postpartum issues for over 14 years. I enjoy working with women because they get to participate in such a beautiful act of bringing life into this world and recovery/return to function should not be a difficult task. I love seeing women realize how capable their bodies are. Improving your pelvic floor, core/abs, and pelvic function can radically improve your energy, decrease leakage, improve intimacy, and so much more. Women deserve this level of help and attention, and its my honor to help play a small part in helping mothers.
