When I decided to prepare for an unmedicated birth with my son, I opened up an entire world of birthing and empowering women. I studied hypnobirthing in depth and realized what an incredible tool it is to prepare for any type of birth. I believe that when parents are given the resources and education they need, their birth experience completely changes. They can feel confident and in control of one of the most important moments of their life, and they can turn birth from something they fear, into something incredibly exciting and powerful that they’ll treasure forever.
