I’m a birth doula and Ayurvedic postpartum specialist, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the first 40 days postpartum. I’m passionate about creating deeply personalized, empowering experiences that honor each parent’s autonomy and instincts. What I love most about this work is witnessing families rise into their strength and trust their bodies during one of life’s most transformative journeys.
