My calling to birth work grew from my own experiences — including an unforgettable car birth — which showed me firsthand how powerful birth can be and how much the right support team truly matters. I bring both lived experience and clinical grounding to my work, with a background as a Clinical Medical Assistant and over 20 years supporting families through my role at Utah Valley Pediatrics. In the past year alone, I’ve provided 2,000+ hours of hands-on postpartum support, alongside continuous birth support. I have experience supporting a wide range of birth experiences, including medicated and unmedicated births, planned and unplanned cesareans, hospital and home births, and VBAC. I believe birth is powerful — and so are you.
