I wanted to reach out and thank you so very much for the amazing support you provided me early on in my breastfeeding journey. I just ended our nursing relationship this past Saturday, clocking 2 years and 8 months of nursing my son. I was ready, but it was bittersweet. I absolutely could not have done this without you. You never made me feel like my c-section was an issue regarding milk supply and you encouraged me and helped me relax. Especially during Covid. You were there for me when others weren’t available or frankly, gave me terrible advice and discouraged me. I was about to give up before finding you, which would have broken my heart. My son is so healthy and has always been in the 99th percentile for everything. He’s 2 years 8 months, 43 pounds and super tall. I know I had a big hand in that. We also have a very close, secure attachment. Breastfeeding absolutely helped me overcome my PPD. And, helped calm down my spirited newborn, infant, and now toddler 🙂 I hope you know how grateful I am. I recommend you to anyone who is looking for an LC.
