Hi, I'm Alyssa I am a mother of 3 kids, a Registered Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I am dedicated to support and empower moms while they nourish their babies. I can assist with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or help find the right combination that works for you. In my free time, I like to make the most out of the 4 seasons Minnesota has to offer by getting outdoors with my family. I also enjoy baking, running, or listening to a good audiobook.
