I am a certified doula and childbirth educator located in the Salt Lake Valley who wants to help you have your dream pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Lactation and maternal mental health are my specialties. I am a mother of two. I love reading, writing, and eating chocolate chip cookies. I fell in love with birth work after researching and preparing myself for my first labor. After having a difficult time breastfeeding and suffering from postpartum mood disorders, I felt compelled to enter the birthing sphere and assist others in their journey into motherhood. In the summer of 2025, I was pregnant with my second baby. I spent the time training and coaching the people closest to me on birth and how to best support and advocate for me as my doulas. We had an exhilarating labor and birth at a birthing center where everyone felt confident and ready to tackle each obstacle together. Now, I aim to bring that experience to others.
