Disfrute mucho las clases de relajación con Jamie, aparte de eso aprendí y me eduqué acerca del parto. Fue de mucha ayuda para mi porque el sistema de salud es totalmente al de mi país de origen. También me ayudo a cambiar la mentalidad en cuanto al parto. Estuve muy tranquila en el momento de mi parto porque ya había tomado la decision de que fuera lo que fuera era lo mejor para mí y para mi bebé. Las clases de relajación me ayudaron mucho para estar positiva siempre.

We meet with Jamie during my third pregnancy. My first two births were very long and traumatic experiences. The first ending in a C-section. I wasn't sure if I'd have the strength to have an unmedicated birth and I appreciate that Jamie didn't discourage me from using medication, I knew it was completely my choice. Jamie helped me develop a confidence in myself and see the beauty and power in birth. The affirmations and meditations brought me peace and confidence when I thought about labor and birth. She was also one of my doulas at my birth and was amazing help with counter pressure and gave me so much encouragement during labor. With support and confidence I was able to have an unmedicated birth! It was a wonderful experience and I love that she was there during my pregnancy at birth. Thank you Jamie!

Before the birth of my first daughter, I was very afraid of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I was constantly worried about something happening to my baby. The actual birth experience was not empowering. When I became pregnant with my second daughter I knew that I wanted an empowering birth experience. Jamie's course changed my perspective on my own strength and the beauty of the birth process. The relaxations were key to calming my fears. The information was clearly taught. I want everyone to take this course so they can feel as empowered as I did for my second birth! It was amazing and I can't sing enough praises. I wish I had this before my first birth.
